3 boxes of cardamom
4 sticks of lemon grass
1 l of water
5 tablespoon of honey
4 green apples
1. Boil water with cardamom, 1 tablespoon of honey, zest of half a lemon, 2 apples and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, cut into small pieces.
2. Boil for 3-4 minutes. Then remove from heat, strain and cover. Peel the remaining apples, cut into small cubes and drizzle with lemon juice.
3. Peel the pomegranate, put the grains in a small bowl, add honey, mix well, put in glasses and pour over a hot drink. Put apple cubes on top. Decorate with a lemon grass stick.
